By purchasing from or using www.iconbrush.com, you agree to the following terms of service. Please ensure you have read and understood them before placing an order.

 Who Can Place an Order?

This site is for individual consumers who have reached the legal age in their country.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is received, you'll get an electronic invoice via email as confirmation.
Double-check your email! This invoice serves as your proof of purchase.

Tip: Keep this email handy for future customer service inquiries.

100% Secure Payments
All transactions are processed with bank-level encryption. Your card details are handled directly by the bank and are never stored by IconBrush.

If no payment is received after placing an order, IconBrush reserves the right to cancel it automatically.

Promo Codes

Promo codes must be entered at checkout to be valid.
Codes cannot be applied retroactively after purchase.

Taxes & Duties

  • All prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
  • For orders outside the EU, VAT is removed at checkout.
  • Import duties & taxes may apply when shipping outside the EU. These charges are set by your local customs office and must be covered by the recipient.

Ordering & Returns

Placing an Order

Orders made in another person’s name without consent will be reported.
If a pricing error occurs, IconBrush may cancel the order and refund your payment.

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your IconBrush! That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy, but since this is a hygiene product, returns are accepted only if:

The product is unused and in its original sealed packaging.

Important:

  • Incorrect returns or unclaimed orders will incur a €19.90 handling & shipping fee.
  • If your package was unclaimed by mistake, contact us for reshipping options.

Refunds

  • Processed within 1–5 business days after we receive and approve your return.
  • Refunded to the original payment method.
  • You'll get an email confirmation once your return is processed.

Warranty

2-Year Warranty on manufacturing defects.

This covers:
Brush motor & internal components

This does NOT cover:
 Damage from drops, impacts, or misuse
Wear & tear (scratches, discoloration, etc.)
Battery replacements

Delivery & Cancellations

Delivery Time: 4–8 business days (holidays may affect this).

If you believe your order is delayed, you must contact us before canceling.
If your order has already shipped, you must receive it first before initiating a return.

Stock Availability: If a product is discontinued, we’ll refund your order or offer a similar alternative.

Complaints & Issues

Upon receiving your order:
Check your items to ensure they match your order and are undamaged.
If you notice an issue, contact us within 30 days.
